Set-Price Menus – Every Day

For the 10 days of the festival, diners will be able to enjoy set-price menus at over 26 of Canmore’s best restaurants. Each restaurant will feature a three-course meal with a selection of their best dishes. Menu prices will be set at $19, $29, or $39 to ensure that all patrons enjoy the best meal possible, regardless of their budget. Each time you dine at a restaurant, you will receive a stamp in your Festival Passport, earning you access to a Grand Prize Draw with over $4000 in prizes.

Craft Beer Festival – April 5

Canmore Uncorked will feature tastings of over 30 craft beers. Brew masters, brewery representatives, and managers will share their beer knowledge along with their best craft brews. You will even have a chance to vote for your favourite beer.

Canmore wine festival- April 12

Meet fellow wine enthusiasts while sampling from over 60 wines, 10 spirits, and an array of gourmet appetizers.

Progressive Dinners

Canmore Uncorked will feature 3 progressive dinners from April 6 – 10. The dinners will include a signature dish along with a paired drink at 4 restaurants around Canmore that will be visited consecutively on a guided tour. All tours include transportation.

Mount Rundle Progressive Dinner – April 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10

Starting at 5:45 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Along the way visit Murrieta’s Bar & Grill, Sage Bistro & Wine Bar, The Wood Restaurant & Lounge, and Thai It Up. Ending at 9:00 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Transportation to each of the four restaurants is included, but transportation to and from The Grizzly Paw is not.

Three Sisters Progressive Dinner – April 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10

Starting at 6:00 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Along the way visit Crazyweed Kitchen, Iron Goat, Tavern 1883, and The Market at Three Sisters. End at 9:15 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Transportation to each of the four restaurants is included, but transportation to and from The Grizzly Paw is not.

Lady MacDonald Progressive Dinner – April 6, 7, 8 & 9

Starting at 6:30 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Along the way visit Iron Goat, Wild Orchid Bistro, Habitat, and Pizza Co. End at 9:30 p.m. at The Grizzly Paw Brewery. Transportation to each of the four restaurants is included, to transportation to and from The Grizzly Paw is not.

 

Long Table Dinner – April 11

150 people joining together at one table on 6th Avenue in Downtown Canmore. Six restaurants will each serve one course, rain or shine. Dress for the weather and don’t forget to bring your camera, because you will definitely want to document this culinary experience.

Dishes served by: Crazyweed Kitchen, The Market at Three Sisters, Tavern 1883, Thai it Up, The Iron Goat, and Georgetown Pub.

Gourmet Cooking School

Enjoy a feast for the senses at the Canmore Uncorked demonstration style cooking classes, held every night of the festival at the Paintbox Lodge. Chefs from Bow Valley and beyond will be instructing this interactive night out, filling your belly and expanding your culinary repertoire.

Festival Passport Contest

During the festival, be sure to pick up a Festival Passport at participating locations, as well as the Canmore Visitor Centre. The passport allows you to collect stamps at each restaurant you dine at, entering you to wine over $4000 in prizes, including eating for free at all participating restaurants in Camore.
